i am a freelance photographer currently living out of a rucksack.  i was born in stafford, england in 1979 which is where i went to school.  my further education was at stafford college and after completing a foundation course in art & design i moved to bristol where i gained a ba hon’s in fine art (specialising in documentary photography & filmmaking).  on completion i moved back to stafford and started making promotional & documentary films, eventually progressing into teaching film studies (with practical workshops) along side.  i had always produced photographic work when filmmaking and after securing a few photography commissions i shifted focus and took on more photograpic work.  i am now producing both commissioned and personal photography and over the years i have had work in magazines, newspapers, brochures, and on websites, music album covers, and also have had a solo exhibition.  i moved to manchester in spring 2005 and i have recently finished a masters in photography at the university of bolton.

so what about the future?  i am currently spending time travelling and photographing for a future exhibition.

any other interests?  other than photography i am usually skateboarding, at the cinema, listening to heavy metal music, travelling, or enjoying fast cars.
